Phone To Buy Under 20K(20000) price on April 2010

Hi all,

Through this post same like other post but i am not getting what i am looking for.....

I am thinking of purchase a mobile up to 20k .
Requirement:
1. Reliable must be Working for 5 yrs... (mine is Nokia 6670 is 5 + yr old)
2. Must be packed with all feature like 3G and all connectivity.
3. Best Music.
4. Good Camera.

I yesterday saw iphone . i really liked it but it is out of my budget....

I like to buy a touch screen but i m afarid of handling those as are full Display and delicate.....

I also thought of E series but i didn't like the music on that :-(
i also check out Nokia 5300. Nice look and music but touch was not goood.

please provide me some list Good phone (any vendor like nokia balckeberry or samsung etc....) which are release and u think are best!!

i will Google and find which is best for me.....


Finally if not getting to buy which phone ...
Then i will think of N96 or something like that
Please provide me Price of that

hey i forgot to tell all that i live to install lots and lots of application...

So the apps of that phone must be There
At least like
Dictionary.
File browser (Like fileman)
Call recorder.
And many more

if you like the iPhone get a second hand 3g version.. it is way beyond these phones.. :) else.. Get Samsung Windows mobile for that price..

Windows(Resistive Touch+QWERTY): Samsung OmniaPRO b7610
Android(Capacitive Touch): HTC Hero
Symbian(Resistive Touch): SE Vivaz / Samsung Omnia II
Symbian(Resistive Touch+QWERTY): Nokia N97 mini
DumbPhone(Capacitive Touch+Slider): Samsung UltraTouch S8300

All of the above are heavily loaded in terms of multimedia capabilities. Samsungs are better out of the box (Multimedia-Wise) with built-in support for DIVX/XVID

^Among the mentioned, the Vivaz has the best cam and SQ,has the best proccy and the worst OS.I suggest you go for the her, unless you really want great sq and cam, which makes the vivaz a clear winner.

So you want a mobile which will last for 5 years....Forget about every sleek phones mentioned above,buy nokia N96,It is old with even older o.s but it will probably last for 5 years,and you will definitely find a replacement battery from some stupid nokia dealer even after 3 years.Btw why are you planning to spend 20k?Probably not a single touch screen device will survive FIVE years.

Non Touch will definitely survive 5 years


Omnia 2 and vivaz are very good in multimedia and camera

And for the phone what is problem with them i suppose they are below 20k :!:

n86 is the best non touch fone imho ... see if u can still get it ... personally I would go for the HTC Hero ... Smartfone needs a gud OS .... Android is the best one as of now ... so , think about it

I am sorry for being too sarcastic:)...but actually nokia have stopped production of N85 and N81...N85 was replaced by N86 last year...and N81 has disappeared long ago

today at 20k u can get a lot more then N85:smile:

hi i am on a similar budget and looking for Physical keyboard phone and using it mainly for Movies .....and I hate N97!!

heard about Omnia pro that it has sluggish interface...

any other alternative ??


also i can wait till Nokia N8 release.... if its going to release in the range of 20K~25k ...Anyone have the idea??
