Phone-as cheap as possible

I want to buy a phone for basic calling(for taking to college).
The cheaper the better.
Would appreciate a mp3 player though

Please give opinions as I know nothing about phones of this budget.

The 1280 looks good. I am a bit inclined towards Nokia for these cheap phones. What do you think about the micromax Van Gogh-Rs 2800 on letsbuy ??

Instead of getting the above one get a Micromax Q6 for Rs.2600.

No specific budget-just keep my budget as low as possible for my requirements.....around 2000...maybe more
