PC upgrade (not a new rig)

AMD - Aaja Meri Darling
EDIT EDIT
i've already updated my rig with the following components in bold

Updated Spec:
AMD athlon X4 620
M4A785TD-V EVO
Transcend 1333 (9-9-24) DDR3 Ram (2x2gb)
Corsair value select 1333 DDR3 ram (4x2 gb)

Gigabyte HD7770 1GB DDR5 (yet to arrive)

3x 1TB WD Caviar blue
Coolermaster Real Power Pro 460W (80+ bronze cert.)
Viewsonic VS213239 22" Full HD (LED)
NZXT Lexa S cabinet

Now my query is just one

Which cpu cooler can I go for that will fit in the Lexa S cabinet that isn't noisy as the stock cooler that came with the AMD Athlon II X4 620 ?

Xeno bhai only 1 thing wrong with your post. You forgot to mention one tiny detail that changes everything. What's that? Your budget :p

Replace Your CM PSU with Corsair CX500(Recommended) or Corsair CX430V2.
Your Huge HDD setup needs a good PSU + Your new GPU too!
For GPU- 7770 or Cyclone 6850.

The CM Real power pro 460w is a 80+ bronze rated smps. Not to confuse with the extremepower series which have rather shoddy reliability.

Thank you for the inputs, however finally decided on the following components.

NZXT Lexa S case ( 5635/- including shipping and a CM 140mm fan)
Initially was considering the Gamma however it comes only with one fan, while this case comes with 4 included.
Cooling is pretty much a priority as temps in Ahmedabad are quite hot most of the year.
(ordered from primeabgb)

MSI R6670 1GB DDR5
(5822/-)
for a mid range card, does quite well while not requiring me to change my SMPS (for now)
(ordered from flipkart)

Corsair CMV4GX3M1A1333C9 DDR3 4GB x 2 (2432/-)
since i dont plan to OC, pretty much suits what I need.
(ordered from flipkart)

Well, flipkart couldn't process the order for Msi HD6670
So now upscaled the budget and ordered the Gigabyte HD 7770 1GB from the theitwares

Additional info
When I was installing the 4GB corsair value select ram on my asus m4a785td-v-evo the board at first wouldn't recognise it and pc failed to startup.

Updated the bios to ver 2105 and flashed it in bios using Asus ez-flash.
now im running 4x2Gb corsair in one channel and 2x2GB transcend in the other channel.

Ohh. Anyways now that things are working good jalsa chhe tamne :D

Arey dada ami bangali, kintu gujarat e thakee :p

also... while my cpu is staying prefferably cool enough, I don't like the stock cooler that came with this cpu as its very noisy when the fan runs at full speed. Any cheap alternatives that aren't noisy enough and will keep it cool ? Although the CM Hyper 212 evo seems a very good buy I have doubts that it will fit in my case as it seems 16 cms tall :-o

Guys I've already updated my rig with the new components. All now I am looking for is a cpu cooler that isnt as noisy as the stock one under full load.

See the first post ! :)
