Hi,

I was looking at upgrading my current monitor to 22 inch LED Monitor. My friend suggested to go for Sumsung, as the price is affordable.
I am looking at a price range of 8 to 9K.
Any suggestions? Please help.

From where did you get that? BenQ G2220HDL is an LED Display and I guess you're confusing it with G2220HD.
And regarding HDMI port, you actually don't need it as it has DVI port. DVI and HDMI offers exactly same video quality, only difference is that HDMI can also carry digital audio signal. That is useful when you're plugging your computer to a display which has integrated Speaker system, like LCD TVs. Since you don't have speaker in your monitor, HDMI and DVI are practically same.
