pc hangs just after 2-3 mins of startup

tell me what to do . My PC hangs just after 2-3 mins of startup. I am doing nothing . Not a Virus problem I think because updated Bitdefender registered version is already there. I formatted C drive . reinstalled windows . Now the PC is starting but after 5 mins only i mean it is taking 5 mins to start . and bootup process is very very slow ( it is showing some coloured dots for 1-2 seconds but just 1 time ) . then it is coming standstill after some minutes .

1. Did u check ur processor is running ?. I hope that is problem

First post your hardware config in details and which windows version you are running -- it will help you & us to troubleshoot your problem easily.

I think your ram or HDD is faulty. so check them out

If U use a graphics card check that too
