I do not fear computers. I fear the lack of them
check this.( the 50k rig) OCF PC Buying Guide June 2012 Issue ( Gamers version)
also with that much budget , you should consider oc'ing. even though its not required

also you can tweak that setup like putting in the i5 instead of the x6 ( if you wanna oc later on)

Its your choice for GPU and cabinet because both are good and if you want to save some money then you can opt for any cheaper cabinet or MSI N560GTX MD1GD5 @ 10.3k or if any good 560 Ti is available near you ~12k then go for that with no hesitations.

Intel Core i5 2400: 11k
MSI H67MA-E35 (B3): 4.9k or intel dh67bl @ 5.5k
4GB DDR3 1333MHz: 1k
WD Caviar Blue 500GB: 4k
BenQ G2222HD: 7k
gigabyte 7850 2 gb @ 14.9k

ASUS 24x DVD writer: 1k
Altec Lansing BXR1221: 1k
Intex 600VA: 1.5k

Total:: 53.2k

It crossed my budget by 3-4k . So can i compromise in some component without losing much performance .

Don't get the speakers. Get some good 300-400 Rs headset instead.
Also drop the UPS because as it is a 600VA won't be enough power for your rig. Instead just get a Belkin spike guard for Rs 400-500. Get the Elite 430 as it's a very nice cabinet with good airflow and it keeps the temps down nicely. But do get DH67CL and not BL because a Full ATX board is always a good thing to have.

@iittopper In the Digit magazine the price of MSI H67MA-E35 is around 4.5k.
Or you can consider the Gigabyte B75M-D3H for around 4.9k. Its awonderful mobo. You can read its full review Gigabyte B75M-D3H Review It has two USB 3.0 ports 4 DIMM(RAM) slots 2 PCIe x16 lanes supporting CrossFireX and support for SATA 3 6GB/s for less than 5k!!

Alright!! no speaker and UPS . Will go for Elite 430 with side panel @ 2.7k if available in nehru place .
For motherboard - i am considering Intel DH67CL/MSI H67MA-E35/Gigabyte B75M-D3H .
What extra feature i will get by buying intel DH67CL over above 2 motherboard ?

Gigabyte one looks to be a good buy though it's micro-atx. Intel is also a good buy and it's full atx. Both are really nice. Choose depending on the price.
