Pc error!!!!

Broken In
Today i got the new free laptop from the government of tamilnadu,
my laptop specs are
BRAND NAME:HASEE
Model No:
OS :windows 7 professional
PROCESSOR:pentium
when i switch on my PC it shows up the error message
"error:no such partition"
and one more thing is that my laptop there is no disk drive please help me

They could give Starter edition for lesser money.

WOW. W7 Proff in a free laptop. They can't give a disk drive but can ship a 9k OS. Too much piracy or too much money?

Even before the logo shows it shows up the error. My friend says that he unfortunately formatted the primary paritition in that laptop .. what can i do now??
