I cant get this working on Moto L9 and Airtel . the service is Airtel Online .. I was not able to browser on any version of opera (v3, v4 alpha,beta) before installing V4.

As far as the various net sources predict, it will be available on both Symbian and Windows mobile..... Maybe for the future Android too ....

Comapred to Opera Mini 3.0, i m download more KBs per session in Opera Mini 4 for same pages, which is bad cos i m paying more due to BSNL pay-per-KB plan

^^^... yeah the v4 consumes a lot in "landscape - Full size" view. So i think u should opt the "Mobile View" Just press 1 and select the "Mobile View" in portrait mode. So it just works like v3.1 And disable "High Quality" Pic... thats it..........

It takes 5 KB to load Google in "Landscape-Full Mode" while it just takes 2 KB in "Mobile View" in portrait MODE !!

I did all that gigacore, still the same issue. For example, with images disabled & mobile view on, Opera Mini 3.1 takes 5 KB to open Digit forum front page, while in Opera Mini 4 it takes 8 KB

Opera says v4 consumes less bandwidth... i hope its a kind of let down... please report this to opera.

In Opera mini 3.1, disabling images used to remove them compleately from the page being rendered, but in Opera mini 4, disabled images are replaced with a box which I guess results in more data being downloaded

^^ i dont think so. it just shows a box so that u know that there is an image here.. it actually helps sometimes...

^^ Interestingly the colour of the box is the same as the major colour in the actual pic, i.e. if the image has lots of black in it, the box will also be black.

Also do you guys notice a lag when you press the back button.It loads the previous page agains.
In OM 3 & OM 4 beta 1,2,3 it used to directly go back without loading the page.
I am facing this only in OM 4 final.

^^ That happens rarely and only on forums. I haven't seen it happen on regular web pages. Btw i somehow got logged out of ThingDigit forum today automaticaly. Its annoying to log back in again.

Another problem is that when you open a page you previously opened, the loading bar appears at the bottom of the screen and the page loads normally but you see that its actually similar to the page that you opened earlier and any changes occured (like on forums creation of new threads or new posts) are not reflected. Meaning it opens the same page again without the changes, but still makes us wait for the page to load. This problem really sucks. Then you have to normally reload the page to see the changes.

For me, I use Opera Mini to check my Orkut Scrapbook on the go. Thats what I do 95% of the time on my Phone when i m away from computer. So for me, Opera mini 4 isn't that bad other then the data problem.

Oh! & sometimes i visit digit forum too from phone
