If they have customers like you why wouldn't they maximise their revenue? I would. They wouldn't even have to get into unfair marketing then.

Isn't there limitation on the size of attachement sent via MMS? I haven't used MMS for a long time so not sure. Last I used, there were some restrictions or maybe it was just my phone not so sure.

Well, there is, but we usually refer to video recording as MMS too

like in my K750i, recording a video for MMS purpose is restricted to 10 second, but high quality video can be recorded for a long time
