Need to buy Windows affordable phone from Nokia

I want to purchase a Windows phone at an affordable price. I am thinking of buying a Lumia 610..Can anyone please suggest the phone and share the feedback for Lumia 610

lumia 610 is an awesome phone but games lag on it..
for normal usage the windows phone 7 platform as a whole is very smooth..no lags whatsover
if u can extend your budget get a lumia 710 ...
but i would suggest that u wait for windows phone 8 handsets

but yes even I advice to wait for Windows 8 phones
