Need suggestion for a new config under 30k

Ans: Web Browsing(FF), MS Visual Basic 2010, MS Visual Basic 6, My DB Studio, MS Office 2007, HD Videos and Movies, Photoshop, Free Download Manager, CCleaner, NO GAMING

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 21k to 22k.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 250GB is enough. I already have two external HDDs(250GB+320GB).

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Yes, Want to buy Dell IN1930.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Speakers, UPS

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: ASAP

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: No. But, will do it myself with my dad's help.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Going to buy from Chennai. I don't want to buy online. Please do suggest some popular shops in Chennai from where i can get the components at a cheap price.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I will be upgrading the PC within a year. After doing some homework i have come up with the following config. I will be upgrading the processor, mobo, GPU and PSU in a year.

The basic structure of the config is good, just couple of suggestions:-

Get 4GB Corsair Value select 1333 MHz Ram, available at 1.1K and comes with 10 Yrs of warranty.
Currently both Seagate and WD Blue 500 GB SATA HDDs are retailing around 4.3K. So you can get a 500 GB HDD instead of 250 GB.
For Monitor, get the BenQ G2220HDL 21.5" 1080P LED display at 7.6K

I have reduced my budget by 8k as i am getting an Sony LWW too. Changed the monitor to IN1930
I have two question.
1.Since, I dont play games at all, Is it okay to remove the GPU to reduce the total cost? Can the IGP play videos of 1080p or 720p?

2.How is the multitasking capability of the proccy?

I think you know that Intel Sandybridge processors, including your Pentium G620 have the IGP integrated inside the CPU die and not in the motherboard.
G620 has HD2000 Graphic which is known to capable of handling 720P or 1080P videos with ease. So you can omit the GPU for now.

For display, look for Acer and BenQ display too. For Acer, I think you can get a 20" display at 5.1K Check deltapage.com for pricing.

You haven't update the price of Hard Dsik as it is still showing 250GB @ 4K. I have purchased a 500 GB HDD from Seagate last month @ 3.9K+Vat. So get one of those.

Frontech Ninja Case + PSU - 800

Keyboard & Mouse - 250
DVD Writer - 950
Total - 17800

Every dealer quoted a minimum of 4500 for 500 GB HDD, so got a 250GB. No dealer had a FSP SAGA II 500W/Corsair CX430V2 in stock. So, have to stuck with desi psu. Will be buying a new PSU and a SSD (if possible) within a month or two.

Also bought a Sony LWW for my bro.
