Freemake and Format Factory.
Freemake is good for videos but Format factory have too many options for image files as well and it also have Mixer joiner etc. nothing fancy but does the job.

one shud install Freemake + Format Factory + SUPER in their system as sometimes some conversion fails in one and passes in another

SUPER is also free and excellent piece of converter.
