@OP u have option of Galaxy S Advance too.. It has just got JB 4.1.2 Update..and perhaps it will get 4.2.2 in future as well..it has powerful dual core cortex a9 processor n mali 400 gpu which are way better than what lenovo p770 has..

i think we must check there and only buy the listed ones..

@OP : confirm whether you are ok with desi brand or not..
companies like micromax/karbonn , etc dont have good ASS
as of samsung, i can tell you, you wont get any trouble other than just take it to the service centre and then take it back..
just that..
