hi people...

i am making an animation...which includes a pilot in a cockpit...so...i need a software which can convert my recorded voice in to the kind of that radio voice...

please suggest some ....i need it fast...

Record the sound in a normal voice then edit that sound with sound forge or any other sound editing software and flange effect to it. This might help.
And dude remove that image sig. Its against the rules.

Try vinyl plugin for winamp.

It gives scratchy sound to the voice.Then record the sound using wave output option.

Or decrease the quality of sound by using any software.The voice will automatically be scratch.
