Need a new gpu at 25k(+PSU)

processor: core 2 duo 4400
ram : kingston 800mhz 2gb
display: 42" LED
my budget is 25k and i also need a PSU
can i send audio also through the gpu hdmi to a denon avr ??

i don't think you need a new GPU. you need a new PC. half of your pc is of ancient build. it'll be like fitting a ferrari engine in a maruti 800. if you want some serious performance gain, get ready to update your whole PC except the display.

C2D will struggle to extract 80% of Juice from HD 6850, let alone GTX 660 ti or HD 7870.

You can do it with any graphics card cause all graphics cards have HDMI port.

Buy Sapphire 7850 or Asus 7850HD. Both of them are good but asus has pathetic after sale services

^^ best available HD7850 but Op can also have a look at Saphire HD7850 OC version and HiS HD7850 IceQX.

@ OP which PSu you have got ?? if you have not bought a PSu yet consider getting Corsair TX650v2 - this will help if you get a K series cpu and another gpu later.

Even if OP is getting 800Watt PSU, GS800 is never a good option for it. Other PSUs like TX750V2 is much more efficient.
