Yes there is no age limit. You can buy a domain name as well as hosting even if you are in the cradle. If you want to keep things free, I would advise you to switch to blogspot or wordpress free blogs.

I didn't know that. May i know from where i can register a domain if i don't have an bank account? What are the other possible ways for paying the cost of domain (I mean DD or something like that)?
