Motherboard CPU combo for new PC

I have gone through the various threads and finalized on the different components to be used. However I still need recommendations on motherboard and cpu combo. It will be used mainly for net browsing, hd movie, and some light gaming. No need for over clocking etc. Both amd and intel can be considered.

It should have USB3.0, eSATA and HDMI. Please suggest. Budget approximately 10K.
