Smart Phone
High speed processor with Ram
Touchscreen
Dual Camera , rear high resolution
Best Operating System - anroid, Linux etc
etc uses....

Unless ur budget is strictly below 18K, at and around 19K u should be able to get LG Optimus 2X. Its the most powerful phone at that range. Search in local shops as its online availability is very limited as of now.

same as Neo. as it packs a slow dual core and nothing else at all. But it'll take time to know if its worth a buy. hardly info is leaked what processor they are using and what GPU (most likely PowerVR 530, same as defy)

I think 800MHz dual core is better than 1GHz Single core, and also ACE 2 has 4Gb internal memory as well as 700+Mb RAM. So it should be a better option isn't it?????

i own omnia w i don't invest lot money coz was in doubt of windows phone
just hoping that wp 8 will available on all old phone or i just switch to android next year
