Moreover out of 12 months be prepared to use the product for 6 months only. That's because even to replace a simple battery these idiots takes 30 days. Therefore one month the product stays with you and in another month it stays in the service center.
how many are there currentlyThis is a serious problem. MMX has to do something about this service center issue. Otherwise, It's going to lose its customers.
Thats the problem with Indian Companies...they just want to cash on foreign trends, by providing us cheap alternative of best products and no support what so ever for their product,
As if a consumer buys their product they are on their own...!
(Micromax,Karbonn,Spice,Cellkon.....all are F***** A*******)
Hahahahaha, vickeybat is banned atm, else he would aupport my story, he's suffering just as much as I am over his funbook.I once read a comment on flipkart on Micromax Mobile Canvas HD.. "If u like going to its service center regularly then only buy this phone...."
very poor Customer Service and now they have OLED TVs

Yeah they will, remember spice mobile? They still exist, we are a third world country and cheap sets will always find its place here, micromax is doing nothing but giving a brand to the Chinese sets that had been flooding our markets for ever, remember NOKLA?

Welcome back mate, and as I said, micromax should pay me for debugging the issue, its the power delivery problem.Ban's over mate.
My story is very similar as yours and i'm gonna do what you didn't i.e choke them ( maybe a guillotine or rear naked choke) until they pass out and i don't need that charger cord as a potential close quarter weapon.
Seriously you've identified the issue spot on. Its not the battery but the power supply unit that's damaging every new battery over course of use.
Eventually heating issue too arises once battery gets older.
Changed my battery last month ( took a month before that for RMA) and now again the problems have resurfaced. Yesterday night, it switched off at 45% battery and today at 55%.
Man, i'm really annoyed now. The tab performs good for the price but what's the point of using a tab if you always need to plug it into mains??
The heating issue has also resurfaced again in my case. Should have got something like iberry.
Cilus is also planning to sell off his A87 and he reported that its crashing like hell. So its good to avoid micromax completely.
Its not like a few tabs have problems but all. You would be surprised to see the queue in front of micromax service center here and 90% of them come with a funbook citing the same battery problems.
Something needs to be done and right now and i know just the thing that needs to be done.

After you choke them to death do come to calcutta, I'll pay for your fare/fooding/lodging+all you can play games, just choke a few of them here to death as well, send them straight to their master(satan as I had mentioned).
Don't get iBerry, check the techno news section, I recently made a thread about MSI releasing dirt cheap powerful tabs soon, wait for it or import it.
