Rockstar has confirmed Max Payne 3 which is gonna release in winter 2009.
Max Payne 3 is sequel to Max Payne 2. In this sequel Max is away from his city, New York. He's a few years older than he was in previous game.

Well, actually, I wont say no to that (I've got myopia) but he does look a lot like Niko. I mean, he has the same build of the face the same colour, the same style of beard etc. Max looked a lot like like a young, smart, cop.
