Hi guys, I just bought a Logitech G105 from a reputed shop in Kolkata(will not share the name now, don't want to make early conclusions). Now, the keyboard was in a sealed pack. It's imported by Rashi. Now the funny thing is that the Serial no. on the box and on the back of the keyboard are not matching. This is the first time something like this had happened
I also know that Rashi keeps track of Logitech Warranty via the serial no. So they might have the wrong no. in the database. I usually throw the box away, thank god I haven't done it yet for this. Very weird situation. So what should I do?
I tried to send a mail to Logitech, anyone have their mail id? All I can see in their website are their phone numbers.
