Type of job: freelancing for the first 2 months to check your skills and then permanent employment
Compensation-75000 to 150000 rs depending upon your skill level

The more knowledge you posses the better your chances. Once employed full time you may have to work for max 8-10 hours a day or until project completes

Is the compensation monthly. I am up then. Yearly, atleast 2.4 yaar. Then shall relocate to TVM. Have almost all your requirements (except asp.net, though know good enough of j2ee, little of flash).
