Right off the assembly line
Hi thinkdigitians,
This is my Second thread in forum, mostly different from my previous thread. Like many others, Buying a Smartphone has been on my list for long time.
I have gone through many price combinations, reviews for past 2 months or so and decided to buy a smartphone in price range of above 25k(within 2 or 3 months).
I have shortlisted Samsung Galaxy s2, Sony xperia S, Htc One X, Motorola razr maxx as my targets. Comparing specifications, HTC One x easily beats all above said mobiles. But I read in most of sites that games are finding difficult to adjust with quad core processors.
Motorola Razr maxx has huge battery, but it is highly priced when compared to Sony Xperia S, which has many new features when compared to Motorola Razr Maxx.
Sony Xperia S is an interesting option, as it can take photos without switching on mobile (brilliant feature), has resolution of 342 ppi (but resolution of more than 300 ppi is useless), but again as an experienced user of Sony Android smartphone, which has worst UI, i find it difficult to bring myself to buying Xperia S.
Finally Samsung Galaxy S2 has more than decent specifications compared to Htc One X or Sony Xperia S, but has removable battery and external microcard which are not available( i mean, not both) in other three phones.
Should i choose to buy Samsung Galaxy s2 in next 2 or 3 months? Can I use it for one or 2 years before switiching to then future's reliable smartphone?
Is Samsung still a smartphone to beat with (may be not the number 1, but can it still offer fight to other phones?) Also what about the design of Samsung Galxy S2? Is it good/decent one?
Please reply me by rationally (i mean, please dont show any favoritism to any of above said phones).
All the Best.
