Use ashampoo CD/DVD burning s/w. It has more features than Nero nd supports Blueray/HD DVD burners though we dun have them.

I don't think u can password protect cds such that they can b edited... already existing cds.. no way.

What u can do is make a password protected container with either TrueCrypt(free) or BestCrypt(paid) and put it in the cd...

So whenever u wanna access ur password protected file.. just open it with TrueCrypt(or BestCrypt), give required password & use the files within the container... on-the-fly. However, u cant add/delete files from the written cd.. as it bcomes read-only then.

Write it again... copy contents to a TrueCrypt container, break original cd :D, close container, write into a new cd. Presto.... 8)
