Intel DH67BL restart issue :(

I am facing an issue with my 4 days old Intel DH67BL motherboard.

whenever I shut it down form Windows 7 Ultimate it restarts again..Never saw this issue in any PC before

My config is
Intel i3-2100
Intel DH67BL
gskill 4gb DDR3 RAM
Corsair 430w PSU
Seagate 320GB SATA HDD
Sony DVD-RW

Anybody have faced this issue...any solution??

I saw a solution of wakeup Lan S3/S4 swich off but it dosnt work

Please help

I changed the registry and after restart..then I shut down again...it again restarted

Boot into your windows 7 DVD.The setup program will appear.Close it,say yes to the confirmation dialogue to exit setup.Windows will shutdown and if windows stays off after this then the problem is somewhere within windows 7.

@ OP - load bios defaults - if you have made any changes in bios option.

I have the same board and faced this issue few times..after bios update it looks like the issue is resolved.

@noob I couldnt find the bios update file/utility ....can u please give the link
