I need help in choosing an android phone within 17k

I am a newbie to smartphone world and would like to buy my first smart phone for my business in the budget of 15-16k with some help from DIGIT Mag. I want a good cam with flash,hd video recording with video light, secondary cam is a boon,fast GPS to help me navigate while driving/walking, fast processing speed though i don't plan to play games on it. I liked the Sony Ericsson Xperia GO as it is water proof and dust proof.I liked SONY like Xperia U also. Hope I get a suggestion soon from fellow members...

Xperia Sola, you could get it for around 17k and it does everything you want it to do.

If u can get Xperia Sola around 17k then yes its a fantastic option otherwise HTC ONE V and Sony Neo L are also good options

I would not recommend one V as my friend owns it & found few problems in it. Major problem, files sent over bluetooth are stored in a 100 MB partition.

I would prefer Sony Xperia U with OTG cable
