First set the first boot device in bios to HDD.
Secondly try some technique like boot defragmentation and clearing PF on shutdown:
BOOT DEFRAG
~~~~~~~~~
Start > run> type- regedit
navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Dfrg\BootOptimiseFunction
double click on ' enable' and set 'y'
restart
Clear Windows Page File on Shutdown
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
control panel\Administrative tools\Local security policy
Go to 'local policies' and click 'security options'
select 'shutdown:clear virtual memory pagefile' and change to 'eneble'
restart.

Optimise startup
~~~~~~~~~~
start\run\ type 'msconfig'
go to 'startup' tab
unselect unwanted items like yahoo msng, any anything that u feel waste.
restart. On restart u will receive a message that uve edited boot seting. Select 'dun show again' nd close it
U PC will start much faster than before.
PLX rep me if it was helpful.
Hey friend go to bios and select your hard disk as your first boot device. To increase start up speed. Go to Start>Run and type regedit. Then go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CONTROLSET001\Control\SessionManager\Memmory Management\PrefetchParameters\EnablePrefetecher. Open it and then set it to 8 or 9 anything you want(i will recommend 8). For shutdown, go to HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\WaitToKillServiceTimeOut. Open it and set it to 0. If above method's doesn't work then go to run type cmd and then type chkdsk /r for all your drive.
