    In few Opera versions
    Click Tools->Preferences
    Go to Advanced Tab.
    U can see a cookies item in the List.

    Or search for quick preferences in File menu or Tools menu.The submenu holds a check mark to enable cookies

    __
    All for some versions of Opera.
