my Laptop has been overheating A LOT(config in sigg)
so i have decided to open it up and clean the insides and re-apply thermal paste(fan works properly)
i found this "service manual" which shows how to open the laptop in question
so how should i go about it?there are unecessary things which are dissambled and i only want to reapply TIM and clean the processor fan
i'm planning on using this TIM(it is bundled with a old TIM cleaner too)
and what is a thermal pad? the manual says the laptop heatsink uses thermal pads
can i replace this thermal pad with fresh thermal paste.will it harm the processor?. because thermal pads are not available in india
