Guys please help me buying a new pc , my budget is 40k...
Here is what i decided to buy ...

Cpu-- core i5 2500k
Motherboard--- Asus P8H67M
Ram -- 4gb trancend
Cabinate ---1>Cooler master elite 430.
Or
2> zeberonics aviator
Psu--- xfx 600w or cooler master extream 650

OtherParts
Hard disk--- 500gb sata
Monitor-- samsung 22" led tv
Speaker-- creative 2.1
Keyboard +mouse -- logitech g1

From old pc
Hard disk 1 tb
Graphics card 1 gb zotac 9600 gt senergy

Also guys I need a new motherboard for my old pc which should support ddr2 ram and have a pata port.

Please help guys..

If I Buy Asus P8 H67 V instead of P8 H67 M,,,,Or Should I I Go For Cheap Intel one like Intel H61VR

the motherboard u decided to buy has the h67 chipset which does not support overclocking and the processor the i5 2500k is an overclockable processor so get a p67 or z68 chipset based motherboard if u want to be able to overclock your processor, otherwise if you want to stick with the motherboard then buy a proc that doesnt have overclocking and is cheaper

Dude If That's The Point then Should I Go For P8P67M or Should I get The Cheapest Intel H67VR Or any other Mother Board ...I Cant Go More Than 8k... and Please provide the Full config for My PC

You shouldn't go with i5-2500k if you budget doesn't permit. Pairing a 'K' series with H67 will be a waste as you have a GPU. Better option for 'k' series proccy is Z68 or P67. But both of these boards will go beyond your budget by 2-3k.
Better go with:
Intel i5-2400 -- 9.3k
Intel DH67BL-B3 -- 5.7k
Total ---- 16k

Rest is fine but i would suggest for NZXT GAMMA case excellent and worth budget case. Its so cool and splendid look with 6 fans option . Usually only cases arround 6-8k gives that option. You can choose senetry 2 when you are planning for all fans while upgrading gpu. Until the fans which ever your board support should be suffice. I would suggest when you post plan for these fans and controller atleast buy a cm fan for front as it will help cooling the HDD .

Avoid CM eXtreme PSUs in all cases. Its better to go with SAGAII 500W. BTW SAGAII 500W costs 2.5k at max not 3.2k. But if you have a higher budget then try:
* TAGAN STONEROCK 500W -- 3.1k
* Corsair VX-450W -- 3.5k
* Corsair GS600W -- 3.9k
