Help me in selecting new headphones

Hello Guys, i gotta buy 2 headphones in some days. Help me choosing it.

First (for me)
Budget - 3K (sounds enough )
Usage - Music, Gaming
Other requirements - Mic a must, should be comfortable in prolong use (6-7hrs straight), light weight.

I had shortlisted Steel series Siberia Full size headset
Razer Carcharias (bit costly for me, but keeping it as last option)
Anybody has idea about Sennheiser PC 320/330 ?

Second-
Budget - 1.5k (strict)
Usage - Only music, no Gaming
Other requirements - Good looking would be a plus.

Sony MDR XD 200
Sennheiser HD201,202

Pic shows V1 has mic, you earlier said it didn't

2nd headphones are for gifting, to one of my cousins.

I realised the misunderstanding and hence decided to show you the pic. After all a picture speaks a thousand words

"the mic is not inbuilt but a seperate extension to be clipped to clothing" I thought the pictures would better explain this. I think the statement was lacking in getting the point through.
