HD4850x2 the best one^^^^^^, it's price i mean HD4850s shud be not more than 6-7kcuz it's for 129$ outside, but o'course, this is INDIA. So better HD4850x2 from any shop u can grab, some 20k.

Really good idea get one ATI 4850 now and stay in budget and buy another one later and price should also been gone down a bit by then for your second 4850. Then it could last long with you.
ATI 4850x2 should perform better then ATI 4870 and almost at par with Nvidia 280.

^Since you are going for another HD4850 in the future you will need a good PSU...core i7 also has a 130W TDP so i suggest atleast 650-700W PSU with 80% efficiency...You can get the one I've got..Tagan BZ700 modular PSU for 7.3k or maybe the corsair TX650 for 7k...I like my PSU...It's got cool connectors with LED's attached and a blue LED fan...It even came with a cool bag to store all the cables you arent using, a TAGAN badge for your case AND anti-static gloves...It runs my config OC'd to 3.3Ghz 100% stable under full stress just fine..(dont want to OC further cus cpu gets hot)

^I dun think it's for 5k at all, there's Antec Trio 550W with 2x6 pin and 8 pin connectors for 5.5k.

hey back in my mind one idea is growing up....
what if I buy two Palit HD 4650 Sonic 512MB DDR3 for now...it won't be more than 10k from lynx-india.......
or what if i get only a single one????.....
is this card can play gta4?????....and what would be the picture quality?????

With such generous budget and specs its a huge crime to go with that low Quality single graphic card and there is a difference of just 3k or even less between Palit HD 4650 Sonic 512MB DDR3 and Palit HD 4850 512MB DDR3.
Stick with single Palit HD 4850 512MB DDR3 now should be around 8.5K nowadays. And buy next one when you can afford prices falls very frequently so next one should cost you even lesser.
