1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Looking to build a config for a school. The school is affiliated to ICSE board, so config that run basic applications like Turbo C++, BlueJ, JDK will be needed. The config must support other IDE's like Eclipse, Netbeans, Visual Studio if needed. Other than programming, the the config must support light browsing and general office/project work. It must support at least Office 2010 or LibreOffice and latest versions of Chrome or Firefox.

Ans: Nainital, Uttarkhand. I will be buying the components both online and offline.
