Help!! Help!! Hep!!

I got struck while changing some system files
Now when i hav replaced them using SFC i get
1) an irritating message "IT IS SAFE TO TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER" when i shutdown my PC
2) my standyby option is also disabled
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

restore ur computer to latest best known condition.
start-->>all program-->>accessories-->>system tools-->>system resotore.
