Graphic Card Upgrade

hi i have Zotac 9400 GT i need to upgrade it.
Here is my PC Config:
Proc : Intel dual core E5400 2.70 GHZ
ram : 4 GB DDR2
Mobo: Gigabyte G31 ES2L
psu : Gigabyte 550
Monitor : Dell 24" 1980 X 1080 res
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate

please help me choose the best budget Graphic card under 6000/-INR and max. 7000/-INR

Edit: Ram is DDR2. I want a graphic which must be future proof for another 2 years so that in between if i plan to upgrade my PC: processor,Motherboard and ram..its should be able to work on that specification. (I3 or I5 proc)

So i'm still confused which one to go for

At 6K, HD 6770 if still available.

Or HD 7750 for slightly more if you want a current generation card with very less power consumption.

OP has a PSU good enough to handle HD6770.

Get the hd7750.Get HD6770 only if you find it priced considerably lower.

HD 6770 is the 1st option. If you dont find it, only then go for HD 7750.

system ram does not matter - DDR, DDr2 and DDr3 or even DDr4 all will work fine with a HD7750/HD6770 or any other gfx card.
