Thanks for the reply buddy.

But just one questions will FX 8350 + R9 280x work fine with video and 3d rendering?
I kinda think that Intel has better single core performance.

do you think video and 3d rendering are single threaded??

Get a Bitfendix Collosus as the cabinet
1tb HDD
Gtx 760
Crosair 550v
Crosair vengeance 8gb 2x4gb
And still you should have budget for a motherboard and processor, and accessories

And I don't much know about motherboard and processor.

3D rendering is a huge filed and numerous applications come under it. For Adobe after effects, AMD GCN is more suitable because of its newly added OpenCL support, Blender runs better in nVidia GPU and for
3D modelling, I need to know the name of the applications before commenting.

However, 280X performs significantly better than 760 Ti in gaming and for a overall case, I will pick up a 280X anyday over 760. Check for the HIS Ice Q X2 280X which is cheaper (around 23K) and offers slightly better cooler.

I would prefer R9 280X anytime considering it has 3GB and cheaper than GTX 770, makes it a bit future proof.

However my main confusion is what CPU to choose INTEL OR AMD. Any suggestions?

Intel and AMD are comapnies, not CPUs. A CPU will not be good just because it's manufactured by Intel or AMD. Look at the performance of actual products rather than names of companies manufacturing them.

FX 8350 will be idle for you use case as it offers performance comparable to i7 4770 but at just half of it's price.

Google for OEM

Nopes. If the PSU has enough juice to power up the GPU, adding Molex will not do any harm to it
