i hope you aren't talking about F tv buddy.

as far as downloading stuff from an FTP server goes, simply use Filezilla to browse the IP for the stuff you're looking for, if you want to download anything, simply right-click on it and select "download".

the Filezilla client will also give you the option to resume incomplete downloads.
