Will FSP 350 be enough for this rig ? If not then please suggest me another PSU in 1.5K also Is zebronics bijli a nice cabby for this rig?

The PSU is just enough if you dont want to OC
But its better to get a FSP Saga II 500w @Rs.2000 just to be safe.

Yes, the Bilji is nice cabby for your rig

FSP saga ii 350W is a good PSU for your budget and it should handle overclocking as well.
Also, its better you go for HD 5670 512MB for 4k instead of 4670. It performs better, consumes less power and is more likely to be available.

@thetechfreak I don't think that 500W is required for his config, even with OCing. If it would have been a higher graphics card such as 5770, then 500W would have been a better choice.

^^I completely agree.
FSP 350W must be enough for this rig and if you haven't bought the parts yet then u should better go with 5670.
Bijli is a nice cabby.

FSP Saga II 350w has a dual rail 12v of 16a and the combined output is around 24A which is 288W - so it should handle OP's rig without any OC.
