Formatting & partitioning

Hi,

I am facing a problem, I got a used system , Now when i boot the sys, its asking for the Admin password,[OS: Winxp] I don’t know the password, now I want to format the sys, make partition & install Winxp, So please advice me to do the Formatting & partitioning. [I am familiar with installing the OS].

Use a bootable WinXP cd ... preferably SP2 slipstreamed ...

for partitioning..... 1st install XP...
then use partition magic pro 8.0

So this means i can use the CD which is having the operating system , directly into the drive and do the installation rt ?
