Firefox ext not installing

hi users..

in my firefox browser , already 46 extensions r there..when i clcik for new install..its opening my side bar extension window..but not installing..any. at the bottom ..!! i checked it..i did restarted the browser and checked once again...extensions are not installing...though i get a install popup window..! help me....! plz dont say reinstall my browser..though i can mozbackup..anyother ways 2 fix this..?

What do you mean at the bottom?

Maybe the ext isnt for the version of your browser?

when u install something..it appears athe bottom most extension installing...and laer it gets arranged after restart..

the extension..is not at all showing in the extension componenets installed..!!

sure..its not registering or something...!

is there any tool to fix firefox like that???...ie to repair firefox..???

rather tahn restoring a backup..??

It will force all incompatible extentions to make them compatible with any firefox version, whether its the current stable version or the betas. Just give it a shot *addons.mozilla.org/firefox/958/
