PSU - SeaSonic S12II 430
CASE - NZXT Gamma

Budget : 20k strict
Crossfire : No
Overclocking : GPU only
Use : Gaming (BF3 multiplayer mainly, and all the good games out there)

Please dont ask me to fill the form. I think i have given the necessary details.

And thanku :) :) :) Shall i get the parts ? Feel free to make changes. And im low on budget.. so please dont suggest a very expensive motherboard.

EDIT : i ll reuse my old HDD and DVD drive.. i want only psu, mobo, ram, case, monitor

Only thing I would recommend is getting a GS600or any 550W+ Model. 430W isn't exactly that future proof. Also Seasonic are good PSUs but may create RMA issue later due to scarcity.

actually sorry abt creating a new thread.. so u say everything is OK except PSU ? i m planning to get the parts in 3 - 4 days from ritchie street. and from my throrough research i found that 7850 with ivy bridge CPU requires only 300 watts max , even when the GPU is OC'd. So do i really need a 500w ? trying to save some cash man :( G2222HDL is around what ... 8k now ?

Yup, get a CX-500v2 or GS500 instead.

Also look for Dell ST2220L, will cost around 8.5k

GAMMA would be hard to find these days. If so, then get Source Elite 210 for 2.4k or CM Elite 430 for 2.75k.

hmmm isnt the seasonic 430w better than corsair cx 500 ? seasonic is 80 + Bronze.. And im surely not going to crossfire.. And why are u suggesting 500 when 430 is more than enough for a ivyB and 7850 ? If im making a mistake tell me.. i researched a lot about this and found 430w was more than enough.

even if the 7850 is heavily OC'd, the system would require a total of 26 amps on +12v. (Maximum). seasonic 430w can do 30A

Get Corsair GS600 or Seasonic SII 520W. Rest seems fine, no idea about mobo though.

Or Get CORSAIR CX500 V2 @ 3.5K

Dont even think of buying CORSAIR GS500 from Ritchie Street , it is priced @ 4.3K .

guys i think a 430w is already on the "safer side". so im going with the 430w . i ll change my mind if i get strong advice why the 430 is not suitable for an IvyB with HD 7850. I wont be upgrading this PC for a long time

or the cx500v2 as it also costs about 3.5k :)

You never know when you might want to add something more to your system. Requirements change and so will the power usage.
Better safe than sorry. Take a 500w psu. :p
