I would choose the GS series over Seasonic S12II counterparts. I still wish I could recommend Seasonic but unfortunately some of the people's experience during RMA and also confirmation from a reliable dealer that I know have confirmed it and started to decrease stocking Seasonic PSU.

GS is a better quality than the CX. CX is the entry level for corsair.
GS has more connectors and little more amp on a few lines.

GA-B75M-D3H is ok.
It does not support lucidlogix virtu.
With the help of lucidlogix virtu you can use quick sync while using DGPU.
If it does not concern you then go with it.

If you want this feature then have a look at these motherboards:
1.ASUS P8B75-V
2.ASUS P8B75-M LE

Btw, SeaSonic S12II 430 is more than enough for your configuration.
It has higher efficiency than cx500v2 and gs500.Also it comes with 5 years of warranty.It is an underrated PSU.It can handle upto 500 watts.

But according to people ASS of corsair is generally very good.
If ASS of SeaSonic is not a concern in your region then SeaSonic S12II 430 is the one to go for else go for gs500 or cx500v2.

It is a very fast method of video transcoding by intel.


Lucid Virtu is a software that takes advantage of hybrid graphics in the supported chipsets.

The main thing here is it that it(virtu) allows you to use quick sync while using dGPU.

Quick sync is the thing that point was about.

If quick sync does not matter to you then the gigabyte board is the one to go for.
