[Complaint] Feels like Cheated, want complete replacement of ACER laptop...

Its in process...
don't know, after compalining hundreds of times, the service-center called and asked me about the problem and now its been around 15 days, from the time I have registered complaint with customer care. They haven't visited me. But in a phone call which I recieved on 9th jan from the service-center, they told me that they will solve the problem.

Looks like they might be replacing parts...
but still I'm in doubt, confused.....

Just called the service-center they told me that they gonna replace my faulty motherboard by tomorrow or day after tomorrow.

Lets see...

Finally Today my motherboard was again replaced and now hope it works well....
