I suspect it to be some kind of malware attack. Scan your system with a good AV and malware and anti spyware scanner. If every thing is clean :

Uninstall the previous one and try installing the latest version of FF. You can alternativeky try Opera.

No error.The home page is opening.When I try to log in with username and password, the page 'Not able to open'. Its opening in all other browsers.

there must be some config issue in security settings - try changing your SSL settings or your browser may be hijacked - it would be best if you do a complete uninstall of the current version and install a new one.
