facebook problem

i was recently downloading a software from the internet when ,in the flow,i accidently affirmed a request to post on my facebook profile by some other person .they manipulate my profile by liking odd pages and communities and posting feeds.i am unable to change my priorities to prevent this. i have tried the web for a solution but there is nothing so specific about this there.is therenything that can be done to prevent this??

In Account Settings there is option called Apps. Click on it & you will find a list of apps/services that can access your profile. Click on the x mark next to it so that it is removed.
