PC quest does not give dual layer. PC world gives.

PC Quest too does give DL DVD since January 2007

people will start using dual layer dvds and blu-ray disks but not now when the costs are so exorbitant (a blu-ray disk costs about rs 1400/- while blu-ray writer costs in excess of rs 40000/- would u get one?). and u will only need to split archives if u're writing a single file greater than 4.7gb. what if u have multiple files (say movies or songs), in that case its much better to use multiple dvds. anyway, to each his own

175/- is hardly a good price. u get to store only double the amount while u pay roughly 11 times more (writex dvds available for rs15/-). why not instead get 11 dvds instead of 1 dual layer dvd?

rightly said writex, a very good DVD is available at rs 11 @ Delhi. I have been using it for more than a year or so.

when i searched in my town,dvds i got for around 10 rupees(cheaper) and for 12 rupees u can get some what OK types like tech-com,writex unknown brands.
these are retail prices i am mentioning ie u buy a single dvd also the same price.
for dual layer dvds is available for rs 150+ though no ex-stock for my dealer.
