Download speed in UTorrent !!

how can v increase the download speed while downlodin in utorrent !! i got airtel connection subscribed for 256kbps with unlimitd !! so while downloadin my speed gets stuck to 30 kbps !! is there ny way t o increase it ???

256 connection means max of 32KBps
nothin u can do.
but u can make sure u get the full 32KBps by doing the max half-open port tweaks.

set to 100 and restart
and in utorrent, go to preference/advanced and set the max half_open ports to 100 and try downloading.

thx man !!! so accordin to u there is no way to get above 30 kbps !! with 256kbps speed connection !

the connection speed they specify is kbps[kilo bit per sec]
so 256kbps means 32KBps

and for a 2mbps connection, max ull reach is 2048/8= 256KBps.
