Doubt about nokia n73 firmware

hi guys i have a nokia n73 me with firmware version of 3.0705.1.0.31 and today i visited nokia center to update firmware of n73 but those people advise me not to update the firmware because in new firmware ring volume and mp3 player volume will come down.so Plz told me is that true or not

You have to update to v4. It is much much better. Dont give it to the Nokia Care people, you can do it officially from your home only.

Download Nokia Software Updater from nokia.com/softwareupdater
Backup your contacts and calender entry, it is advisable to uninstall all your softwares too.

Connect the phone to your computer using USB cable and run the NSU.

thats the common excuse they give when they dont hav the firmware files for ur handset.

Don't listen to those CC guys,they know nothing & feed you with the wrong info.
