i have a psu, so please dont recommend one.
* i have a tagan stonerock 600w psu.
* need better soundcard than audigy value/xonar dg. is sound blaster z available in india.
soundcard is a must for me so please do not tell me to buy later.
* are cheap non-led fans but good quality available at say 900 bucks for 3 fans? please recommend; need these for airflow not for style.
*please dont overshoot the budget.

Nice config...........But i think the CPU cooler and fans and maybe sound card is not required and OP can buy it any time in the future. With that saved money OP can go for a HD 7950.

cheap non leds are most VFM
local 120mm fans you will find at 150rs
in 900rs you can get 4 coolermaster 120mm
your budget is 53k you are ready to add 600
add 400 more
fx8350 is MUCH better than 6300.
get local fans now...GETTING 4GHZ OCTACORE PROCESSOR at cost of bling bling leds is WORTHY isn't it?

FX 6300 itself is a very good processor for gaming.. Its 6 core and spending money on GFX card is worth....

i need those fans for airflow and am giving preference to gpu and so the tahiti le based gpu and not the pitcairn xt one. i was thinking of having one 120mm blowing through the gpu as i will oc it almost immediately after i buy it.

If you are going for fx 6300, in for m5a97 evo r2.0; feature rich and good for overclocking. For fan, 4 in 1 pack of cooler master 120mm fans is available at flipkart for ~900.
