I had shifted from Windows 7 to Windows XP Sp2.
Reason i did that was , I like to play games which are compitable on Xp rather than 7.

Problem i am facing is : My Audio Drivers are not getting installed, I Tried with many things like below ..
1]Downloaded latest Driver from Realtec Website
(WDM_R266.exe)

2]Installed WindowsXP-KB914882-x86-ENU.exe
(*www.microsoft.com/downloads/info.a...5-735e634a525e/WindowsXP-KB914882-x86-ENU.exe)

3] Checked by MicrosoftFixit.AudioPlayback.Run_2.exe
(Microsoft Fix it Solution Center: troubleshooting software issues)
3]Checked in Slim Driver Software.

I Have below config

OS: Windows XP SP2
CPU: Intel Core 2
Main Board : Intel SG31PR
Mem: 2GB DDR2
PSU: 230W
GSU: NVIDIA GeForce 210

Request you to please help!!!

@ Op - have a look at here :
Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) High Definition Audio class driver version 1.0a available for Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, and Windows 2000

After Installing Universal Audio Architecture Driver just install the latest Realtek HD audio driver ;-)
